| | Return to the Beginning - A Personal Interpretation. Part 1 | | | Monday, November 2, 2009 (8:50 AM) (I'm feeling contemplative) | | I am one who believes in a Creator, an entity which created a haven of sorts for a species which I shall refer to as “Mankind”.
Mankind ate freely fruit freely from the trees, and drank sparkling water from free-flowing rivers.
Mankind felt neither too hot nor too cold as the air embraced the exposed skin.
However, mankind was not satisfied and desired to have the same knowledge as that which had created it.
Having tasted knowledge, mankind felt shame, the need to lie, along with a desire to conceal the truth.
Therefore, an unsoiled paradise became unavailable to mankind.

| | A New Day Alone With Myself. | | | Saturday, October 24, 2009 (5:01 AM) (I'm feeling awake) | | I can either choose to be honest with myself or lie to myself.
I am the closest person to me.
I am the only one who knows my thoughts, emotions, perceptions.
I am the only one who knows why I think the way I do.
I am the only one who wants certain things in life, and either achieves it or not.
I am the only one who can honestly say what effort I put into achieving the outcome.
Life is a game.
How I play my game of life is up to me.
It begins when I realize I have a mind.
I have thoughts.
I believe my thoughts influence my perception.
How I discern a moment is how I will proceed.
Every day is full of change.
No two days are the same.
Compare today with yesterday.
A new day means something will happen.
I am happy to awake in the morning, knowing a new day has been granted to me.
A new day offers a chance to change.
It is probable to believe life is hell.
Today, I wish to consider that theory.
Hell
Encarta Dictionary: English (U.K.)
Noun - A place of punishment after death
Noun - Devilish power
Noun - Underworld
Noun - Suffering
Thesaurus: English (United States)
Noun – Torture
Noun – Misery
Noun – Torment
Noun – Agony
Noun – Anguish
Noun – A nightmare
Why would I choose to believe I live in such a truly terrible existence?
Why would I wish to believe I live in hell?
Hell, as in truly bad?
There is nothing good about the term bad.
Possibly I have forgotten what the term good means.
Perhaps I am too familiar or have even become comfortable with the lingering effects produced from contact with the Hell.
That’s okay, too.
A new day offers a chance to change.
I can see a hell around me.
I can resolve to not engage in activities which would potentially result in the demise of me.
I can determine to not cause detriment to another.
How I play my game of life is up to me.
No-one else can play it for me.
