Creative, love all types of art and music. Radio operator. Lead a quiet life in the countryside. Enjoy bird watching and being with animals. Follow a spiritual path rather than a religious one. Very strong opinions regarding agro-chem and bio-tech corporate greed that pollutes the planetary food supply and highly corrupt more...ruling elite who just want to farm humanity for their own sick twisted psychopathic criminal interests. My heart goes out to all organic farmers, we need you.
Food and air wise I'm very high maintenance. My diet is: vegan, free from gluten, rue family (all citrus), lily family (onions, leeks, shallots, garlic, etc...), nightshade family (potato, tomato, aubergine, chilli, cayenne, paprika, etc...), soya, coffee, all nuts and peanuts, strawberries, blackcurrants, MSG, GMOs. With those extensive exclusions out the way, I follow an organic macrobiotic / chang ming regime that is also high alkaline / low purine (and low carbs or my lungs get very congested). Simple, all meal planning is done whilst asleep :)
