When I was 16, my sister and her son came to visit. She brought her 8mm movie camera, and I shot a bunch of footage, including this "stop-motion" experiment more...with some of my then 18-month-old nephew's toys.
The camera couldn't actually shoot a single frame at a time; I just had to push and release the shutter VERY quickly. Hence the jerkiness. Nonetheless, it's kinda trippy. less

I shot, directed, and edited this music video for a buddy of mine back in 2001. The "set" (his garage) was lit with various household lightbulbs, some more...in festive colors. My first date with Final Cut Pro. Good times...
