Dog trivia:

In San Francisco it is illegal to walk your Dalmatian on a leash. This law was passed after the Great Fire of 1906 to recognize the service they gave to the fire department.

Oh, to be a dotted dog in Frisco... lol

Remember, if a dog was the teacher, you would learn things like:

o When loved ones come home, always run to greet them.
o Never pass up the opportunity to go for a joyride.
o Allow the experience of fresh air & wind in your face to be pure ecstasy.
o Take naps.
o Stretch before rising.
o Run, romp, and play daily.
o Thrive on attention and let people touch you.
o Avoid biting when a simple growl will do
o On warm days, stop to lie on your back on the grass.
o On hot days, drink lots of water and lie under   more...a shady tree.
o When you're happy, dance around and wag your entire body.
o Delight in the simple joy of a long walk.
o Be loyal.
o Never pretend to be something you're not.
o If what you want lies buried, dig until you find it.
o When someone is having a bad day, be silent, sit close by and nuzzle them gently.
